I can still remember our first kiss

I can still remember our first kiss
The sweet scent of strawberry drowned me deep in your bliss
I’d reminisce as I felt your breath against my cheek
We would grow closer each second, as the temperature reached its peak
Your skin so delicate, soft it serenades chills down my spine
I would than grab your waist and press your chest against mines
To have felt a warmth surround my soul with grace
My heart would skip each beat, each time we were face to face
For I was yet to embrace this race in my sense of taste
To taste your lips, our tongues would slowly swirl and exchange to a slow pace
Than I would close my eyes and feel our bodies amalgamate
And you would open your eyes and not want this moment to differentiate
Your lustrous body curved like a roundabout on the corner of my Ave
I would gently steer my way through to get to you to conceal what we have
You put me in a position with this decision that’s easy to answer, I swear
But my observation of this premonition tells me soon all will be clear
I’m talking about you, easy to characterize but really hard just to find
So I write about you easy to improvise so not to tell lies but to express what’s inside
I can still remember your striking smile like a woodcutter and his axe
I would stumble upon certain words because my pronunciation was not that exact
Each second just looking at you, fuelled me with this energy enough to cross the Pacific Ocean
That I’d sweet talk you down, get in your mind and explore all your emotions
That easy three explicit words so illicit that melts your heart like hot butter on a pan
I would mean each word, each letter, and each syllable because I wanna have your hand
I can’t illustrate what my minds trying to indicate
Because I know actions speak louder than words so I hope you reciprocate
So as I gaze up at the skies thinking about the magnitude of how pervasive our love can be
I can only ponder in uncollected thoughts with mixed emotions like ecstasy
So my memory may deceive me
But I can still remember our first kiss.
